Methodology
Barry helps people to become fully focussed in the present moment and helps clients to understand how fear may be limiting their performance. Through a simple questioning process he first helps to identify what it is that the client is seeking to achieve.
Through the use of small steps, he then guides the individual or organisation through making the changes and taking the action that is necessary to achieve that vision.
A core part of Barry's work is based around Non-Reactive Communication Strategy (NRCS), a problem-solving system he has devised during his years of coaching.
