Enhanced Communications
For
A Changing World
Non-Reactive Communication Strategy (NRCS)
Everyday, billions of dollars are ploughed into global communication.
Instant messaging, texting, emails, video conferencing - all amazing tools that have been created to help facilitate communication with anyone, anywhere in the world.
We’re communicating globally more than at any other time in history. But, whilst we make the great leap forwards in technology, are we really doing anything to improve how we communicate?
The need for effective and balanced communication has never been greater. The use of these technologies has taken out of the equation the invaluable emotional interaction that takes place between people sharing a confined physical space; it has therefore become even more important to have a communication system that removes doubt and reduces misunderstandings.
This is precisely what NRCS helps to achieve. First, by helping clients to understand why they react as they do when problems arise - this being crucial to then being able to respond differently. Subsequently, NRCS enables clients to acquire the listening skills required to draw the maximum information out of any situation prior to understanding what, if any, action may be necessary.
Barry carries out workshops in NRCS and does 1-1 tuition. NRCS also stands at the heart of his 2010 novel 'The Breaking of the Shell' - see www.artofchange.co.uk for more details.
